Marie Penney
Owner & Hairstylist
Marie’s passion for hair began at a young age in London, England, where she dreamed of becoming a hairstylist and owning her own salon. She trained with renowned names in the industry, including Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy, before going on to own her first salon for 14 years in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Her journey eventually brought her to Lake Oswego, where she opened Paradigm Salon in 2004.
Marie loves creating an individual look for each client and sharing ideas for hairstyles that complement their lifestyle, personal style, and natural features. Her specialties include haircuts, highlights, lowlights, and rich conditioning color glazes, always with a focus on beautiful, healthy-looking hair.
Marie is grateful for the lasting relationships she has built with her clients over the years. She has limited availability for new clients and welcomes inquiries.
Brittney Mode
Hairstylist
Brittney brings 17 years of experience behind the chair, with a passion for creating customized hair that complements each client's individual style, features, and lifestyle. She specializes in personalized hair color and precision cutting and works confidently with all hair types, including curly, fine, and thick hair.
Her color expertise includes balayage, blonding, grey blending, color correction, and red hair, with results ranging from bold transformations to soft, lived-in color. She also offers textured cuts, short hair shaping, customized styling, and men's grooming and barbering.
With extensive advanced training and a commitment to continued education, Brittney stays current with the latest techniques and trends. Her goal is to provide elevated, consistent results while creating a welcoming and personalized experience where every client feels heard, cared for, and confident in their hair.
Brittney is currently welcoming new clients in Lake Oswego!
Danny Green
Hairstylist
Danny brings years of experience, creativity, and artistry to every client in his chair. His career as a hairstylist has taken him from Los Angeles and Beverly Hills to Lake Oswego, giving him a diverse background in cutting, coloring, and styling.
In addition to working behind the chair, Danny spent 10 years teaching in-salon hair color classes to fellow stylists. He continues to invest in education to stay current with the latest haircut, hair color, styling, and product techniques.
A former college art major, Danny brings an artistic eye to his work and even sketches hairstyle ideas for his clients. His goal is to create hair that complements each client's individual style and personality.
Danny is currently welcoming new clients in Lake Oswego!
